Site Preperation

Site should have either a managed or unmanaged switch​

  • Ensure you have the correct IP scheme for network you are connecting to

  • If the site uses an unmanaged switch, any open port on the switch should work for connecting

  • If the site uses a managed switch, coordinate with the site contractor to determine which port can be used to connect to the site equipement

  • Standard ethernet cable can be used for connecting to the switch
